Hide and seek – the only thing in her life she found important. Her name was Kate and since she was born she played the game hide and seek. She played it anywhere, any time and with anyone – even though the person did not know he was a part of the game.
She was not shy or afraid of other people she just liked the feeling when the only person in the world who knew where she was hiding was herself.
Her parents was aware of their daughter`s little obsession but they were convinced she would grow out of it. She didn`t.
She turned twenty and became „this freaky girl playing with little children“, she turned thirty and became „weird“ and „woman“, when she turned forty still playing hide and seek almost nobody noticed – she was just „crazy“ for the rest of her life.
She died at the age of seventy-three and her body has never been found.
They say she was so devoted to playing hide and seek that nobody could beat her not even the death.
